Corpo e Dança no Filme "Carmen" de Carlos Saura

Trata-se de uma reflexão acerca do corpo e da dança no filme Carmen de Carlos Saura. A concepção de corpo evidenciado nessa pesquisa parte do pensamento de Merleau-Ponty que traz uma noção de corpo como uma extensão do mundo, mergulhado numa linguagem sensível que nos possibilita compreender a nossa relação com as coisas em nosso entorno, sem que haja a diferenciação entre o sujeito que olha e o objeto percebido, abarcando, dessa maneira, todo o sensível em si – o corpo como sensível exemplar. A concepção de dança está entrelaçada com as interfaces com o cinema num hibridismo de duas formas representativas de comunicação, que pode e deve utilizar a riqueza das suas possibilidades de material expressivo para construir narrativas, discursos, pensamentos e reflexões. O estatuto híbrido da associação entre dança e cinema permite construir um corpo fluido que tem o potencial de alterar e enriquecer nossas perspectivas artísticas/estéticas.
